Ryan has done what all of us would love to do. He left a promising career in consumer marketing at one of Australia’s largest banks to be in a band. While he may have traded in his wild child lifestyle for quiet weekends on daddy duty, word on the street is that his daughter’s tantrums are totally rock and roll.

Gavin started his career in the music industry as an artist development and PR manager. He loves creating and entertaining and when he’s not finger painting and dancing around the kitchen with his kids, he’s doing pretty much the same thing by himself.

Drew has recently returned to Sydney after spending 7 years abroad at agencies in Tokyo and New York. After hours he can be found at any number of seedy bars practicing his krump moves or startling karaoke audiences with his thrash metal version of ‘Walk like an Egyptian’.

Having clocked up an impressive 15 years in the experiential space, Katie is our in-house Wikipedia for all things work (and un-work) related. As a young lass, Katie used to don a mangy lion costume, growl at kids and con their parents into going to the Zoo. We’re quietly convinced this was a hobby, not a job.

Jenn comes to us from South Africa via London where she led the Strongbow account at RPM and had the envious task of taking the brand on the festival circuit. Jenn manages her campaigns like she does her wardrobe; only the best and everything in its place. She spends her weekends fuelling her tanning addiction. You need only ask her cat Bronte what her favourite beach is.

KP throws a PR/Marketing double punch and came to Urban with agency experience in both disciplines. When she’s not kicking butt on campaigns she’s kicking butt on the golf course. She has scored a hole in one before. No joke. She also likes putting a few bucks on the trots. Golfing, betting, boozing…no wonder we love her.

We snapped up Suzzie during her final year of uni where she was studying business and in under two years she’s skyrocketed from a humble Account Exec to heading up our QLD office. Despite being a total wino, she manages to dominate at sprint training twice a week and crack the whip with the tradies who are building her first home in sunny Brizzy.

Prior to working at Urban, Andy freelanced his way through a range of projects including flash development, e-learning portals and countless website builds. These days he maintains all of our in-house online properties and coordinates all of our digital projects. We asked him to tell us about something stupid he’d done. His response…“I don’t do anything stupid.” That pretty much sums him up.
